One day celebrating the young people, ideas and talent that could shape what our Island becomes next.
The Island is small enough to change. Young people are protagonists, not an audience.
The manifesto
Jersey is small. That's our advantage.
We can see the problems. We can meet the people who can solve them. We can test ideas. We can change things.
And some of the people with the best ideas haven't been in the room yet.
Moonshots Jersey changes that.
This isn't adults telling young people what their future should look like. It's young people showing us.

The basics
What is a Moonshot?
A Moonshot is an idea ambitious enough to matter.
It doesn't have to be a company. It doesn't have to involve technology. You don't need a business plan. And you certainly don't need permission to think big.
It could improve one street. One school. One community. Or the whole Island.
The important thing is this: you can imagine something better — and you're prepared to try.

For young people
You don't need a CV full of achievements.
You need curiosity.
Students. Graduates. Apprentices. Young employees. Founders. Artists. Makers. People still figuring things out. If you live in Jersey and you've had a thought you can't quite shake, this is for you.
Final eligibility criteria are still being confirmed. Don't wait for them — send us the idea and we'll work it out together.
